     As you enter this beautiful condo, you will encounter the open plan design that allows everyone to hang out together at the same time. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops to prepare mid-day snacks or elaborated meals for everyone in your group.

     The dining area offers a wooden table with seating for 4, is also connected to the living room that has plenty of additional seating in front of a large wall-mounted TV.

     Open the cristal sliding doors to relaxing views in the patio area with sun loungers, and a table with seating for 4 so that you and your guests can dine al fresco, have evening drinks or have morning coffee.

     This condo can accommodate up to 6 guests in the 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second a queen bed, and the third 2 full beds. All bedrooms come with a smart TV.

• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents


• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays


• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival


• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.


• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
